We are actively seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Electrical Engineer to join a reputable and growing electrical contracting and engineering team in Lenexa, KS. In this role, you will partner with project managers, technicians, and stakeholders to design and implement electrical systems while ensuring compliance with global safety codes and engineering standards.

Perform electrical design and cost estimation to support upcoming projects.
Support ARC flash studies, IR Level 1 and 2, and project coordination.
Design, control, and implement electrical systems and products.
Develop and optimize electrical manufacturing processes.
Ensure systems meet NEC, IEEE, and other applicable engineering standards.
Analyze performance data and report test results.
Assist with budgets, cost analysis, and material requirements.
Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Maintain strong professionalism in all areas of work and communication.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required
Experience levels from entry-level to 10 years in electrical design (power, EV, wind, solar)
Skilled in: AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SKM, Trimble (or similar tools)
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and electrical safety standards
Ability to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and implement improvements
Excellent communication, organization, and detail-oriented work habits
