Job Title: Service Account Manager – Electrical Services

Location: Fort Myers, Florida
Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Account Manager with a strong electrical service background to oversee service technicians, manage electrical service projects, and support customer relationships in the Denver, CO market. This role combines field leadership, electrical estimating, project coordination, and account management within a fast-paced electrical services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage electrical service projects, including job costing, margins, forecasting, and productivity

  • Schedule and oversee multiple electrical service technicians and ongoing service work

  • Coordinate service calls, work orders, and project timelines

  • Review and approve submittals, change orders, and service documentation

  • Identify project risks and resolve field issues to protect profitability

  • Manage technician productivity, gainshare payouts, and reporting

  • Ensure permits, inspections, and project close-out documentation are completed

  • Track materials, van stock, and procurement needs

  • Conduct post-job reviews to improve margins, efficiency, and service quality

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Assist with electrical estimating and design-build services when required

  • Support business development and growth within the Denver market

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; technical training or Construction Management degree preferred

  • 1–2+ years of experience as a Senior Electrical Technician, Electrical Supervisor, Service Manager, or Project Lead

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC code, and electrical service operations

  • Electrical estimating experience preferred

  • Experience managing multiple technicians and service projects

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Ability to work onsite in Denver, CO and support local business development

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $90,000 – $120,000 (DOE)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and perform site walks
