Regional Operations Manager to join our Solar team!

What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee and manage the installation of 50+ residential solar and battery projects per week, including: Battery Only, Solar only, and Solar + Battery
  • Oversee Project Managers/Superintendents across multiple branches and job sites
  • Achieve and maintain a 95% first-pass success rate with virtually no site revisits
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of in-house installers, electricians and handymen
  • Establish and implement a process to manage and motivate in-house employees
  • Regularly evaluate the performance of all employees according to established process, with a focus on inspiring and nurturing employee development
  • Efficiently manages and reviews labor resources to be cost-effective and within set budgets
  • Identify and share best practice opportunities
  • Assist in the roll-out of new branches
  • Meet and exceed gross margin and net margin targets
  • Work closely with other Regional Operational Managers in Northern California to support one another, share resources, and create happy customers

What We're Looking For
  • 3 years minimum professional management experience in residential solar and battery installation
  • Must have experience managing teams installing at least 40 residential solar and battery projects per week
  • Electrician or equivalent experience, an active C-10 License is a plus
  • First hand experience installing residential solar systems as a lead or crew member
  • Experience installing batteries (Tesla / LG) is highly preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of OSHA. OSHA 10 is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • High attention to detail
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to enthusiastically work within constantly changing priorities
  • Practical and conceptual thinking as related to project descriptions and needs
  • Ability to foster teamwork and be a great member of the team
  • Creates and welcomes open and honest communication
  • High computer literacy; experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, Office 365 and Salesforce
  • Exhibits unquestionable integrity and work ethic
