Regional Operations Manager – Building Automation Controls
About the Role
We’re looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead and grow our local operations team. In this role, you’ll oversee field staff, engineers, and service managers while driving success across construction and service projects. If you’re a strong leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and creating great client experiences, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, service managers, and field staff.
Manage day-to-day operations for construction and service projects.
Ensure quality standards, efficient workflows, and on-time delivery.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers from start to finish.
Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Forecast staffing needs and support recruiting efforts.
Drive process improvements to boost team efficiency and reduce costs.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in engineering OR 7+ years of experience in building automation, HVAC, or a related technical field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
High integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.
