Job Title: Electrical Superintendent – Commercial Construction Location: Arizona Salary: $100,000 – $165,000 + Bonus Job Type: Full-Time Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across Arizona. This is a field leadership role responsible for overseeing daily jobsite operations, driving productivity, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Direct and manage daily jobsite operations for commercial electrical projects
Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
Monitor job costing, forecasting, productivity, and quality reporting
Execute construction plans, scheduling, and site logistics
Maintain strict safety and environmental standards
Supervise, mentor, and develop field personnel (15+ electricians)
Complete field administration including timesheets, quantity reports, purchasing, and job diaries
Collaborate with internal teams such as prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting
Participate in field work when necessary and lead by example
Required Qualifications
7+ years of electrical field leadership experience
Strong background managing commercial construction projects
Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Solid knowledge of building codes
Preferred Qualifications
Journeyman Trade Certification in a related construction trade
OSHA 30 certification
CPR / First Aid certification
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and wind
Comfortable navigating active construction sites and utilizing site facilities
Ability to climb ladders, work on elevated surfaces, and maneuver through tight spaces
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
Must be able to lift and move objects weighing 50+ pounds
Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
