We’re looking for a driven Electrical Project Engineer to join our team. This role is hands-on at the job site, working closely with the Project Manager, General Contractor, and field teams to keep projects on track and clients satisfied. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems on the ground, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Support the Project Manager in all phases of project execution
Coordinate with architects, designers, owners, subcontractors, and field staff
Track design changes, manage RFIs, and update documentation for the GC
Monitor budgets, schedules, and subcontractor scopes of work
Provide technical support and ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and specs
Prepare estimates, reports, and meeting agendas
Build strong client and team relationships while driving project success
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
2+ years’ experience as a Project Engineer (electrical preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, multitask, and lead when needed
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Travel & Physical Requirements
100% travel to job sites
Must be comfortable working on active construction sites, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
