Industrial Journeyman Electrician (Wisconsin/Iowa Licensed) Job Type: Full-Time Location: Wisconsin working 5 10's Pay Range $38.00 – $45.00 per hour, $140 per-diemÂ

Job Description We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to support Data Center projects. This role focuses on industrial power, controls, and electrical systems in active job site environments. Currently doing all the underground work. Candidates must hold a valid Wisconsin or Iowa Journeyman Electrician license and be comfortable working on Heavy Commercial / Light industrial projects. Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams
Install and terminate motors, MCCs, VFDs, panels, switchgear, and transformers
Perform control and low-voltage wiring for industrial equipment
Troubleshoot electrical issues using meters and testing equipment
Follow NEC, site safety requirements, and company standards
Work independently or as part of a crew on industrial job sites
Requirements
Active Journeyman Electrician license issued by Wisconsin or Iowa (required)
4+ years of Data Center electrical experience preferred
Strong knowledge of NEC and industrial electrical systems
Experience in manufacturing, plant, or heavy industrial environments
Ability to pass background check and drug screening (site dependent)

Willingness to travel if required by project
Preferred Experience
Industrial controls and instrumentation wiring
PLC, automation, or control panel experience
Startup, commissioning, or shutdown work
Experience with industrial communication systems
